tantra series


tridoshaYogaYYC is rooted in tantra yoga philosophy and involves a series of beginner to advanced postures.  Every week we will focus on a fundamental pillar of yoga. Each class is designed to guide your awareness into the present moment, creating an opportunity to let go and bring peace to your whole body, your whole self. 

​All three of the following yoga classes are offered throughout the summer and are welcome to all levels of practice.

Movement & Meditation

Allow yourself to flow into movement and melt into meditation.  This series provides light guidance, inviting you to move intuitively and harmoniously as you relax the subconscious mind.  Letting go of the inner dialogue to source a better sense of self and the essence of Tantra. True relaxation.

Tridosha Standing

The standing series is developed in a way that it works solely on bone alignment. This class will help you quiet the ego and listen to your body.  It is a great class for all levels and is especially suited for anyone who experiences any type of back or joint pain.  

Surya Namaskar

Surya Namaskar or popularly known as sun salutations  is beautifully symbolic in the tantric sense. This flowing yet calming class is a intuitive preparation for the well deserved tridosha series finish. This class does work with postures that are focusing on the lower to mid back so some prior yoga is recommended.
